1)Food. If you want to be a good dancer, you should eat properly. If you feed yourself with rubbish, food full of fat(only), and/or things that your body does not need(no Calories, no proteins, no vitamins...), don't expect to have enough stamina or dance decently.
2)"Equipment" (:-D).With this I mean things like comfortable, durable, good looking shoes, pants e.t.c. This is very important. Imagine what would happen if try to dance with tight jeans or "sand shoes"/boots(:-o).
3)Ensure where you dance.Just make sure you dance on a good surface and that you have enough opened space.
